Admission to the Maryland Science Center. This includes three floors of exhibits & the Davis Planetarium. Timed entries are no longer required. You may arrive at any time during open hours. Admission is valid for all day.


*Note to our Members: You should not be asked to enter any credit card information. If you are showing a balance due, please ensure you are registered, signed in and using the Member price type rows.   The links to sign in or register your account are located at the upper right corner of this page. The price of your tickets will revert to zero dollars when added to the cart as long as you are registered with the email associated with your valid membership. Please ensure that you use the Member Adult and Member Child (3-12 yo) options. All children under three years old are free.  

Visitors utilizing their ASTC Passport Program benefits must show their valid, visiting member card at our ticket desk.  These tickets cannot be reserved in advance.

This Winter, All Maryland Students Are Admitted Free


Due to Covid restrictions surrounding school field trips, The Maryland Science Center has made the decision to allow all Maryland Students including Homeschool Students (Pre-K - 12th Grade) to visit the museum free of charge during the school year. Free admission is available any day that the Science Center is open to the public including weekends. Maryland students must show a school ID, a report card, or proof of residency. A parent driver’s license showing an address in Maryland is also valid for gaining free admission for their children. The free admission program applies to students who visit with their family or as part of an organized group.  Free admission for organized groups is available as long as groups maintain our 1 chaperone per 10 students ratio. All chaperones must have a valid Maryland ID. We ask that anyone taking advantage of the free student admission program register in advance using the link below.
