i Discover block coding in this family workshop. Learn how to create interactive stories or a game using the ScratchJr programming language (a free app). Snap together graphical programming blocks to make your characters move, dance, sing and jump. This workshop is designed so that adults can learn alongside their children (ages 5-7) so the fun can continue at home.

Please note that your workshop ticket does not include admission to the Maryland Science Center. All participants and their families will receive a special rate of $15 per person. This discount will be available for purchase the day of the workshop at the ticket desk. A maximum of 5 discounted tickets per workshop attendee.
