Wind and Waves Ages: 8-10 

Capacity: 20 students

Time: 45 minutes   

Create a model of an offshore wind and wave energy farm. Design your energy farm to be cost-effective while also dealing with challenges such as migrating whales or shifting winds.  

Who needs a ticket: Students participating in the program. 

All sales are final no refunds or exchanges.

Inclement Weather Policy: If the Maryland Science Center is closed during the original date of this program, the make-up date will be during the week of January 17^th-19^th. Your program will happen on the same day of week and time of the original program.  Should there a be a weather incident our website will be updated by 7am for that days’ programming. You will only receive a refund if we are closed during the make-up week.
