Description: We will be making our own tabletop planters for this workshop in MAKE. Attendees will learn how to safely use hammers, power drills, and scroll saws. With these new skills you can cut and assemble your own piece to take home. What will you put in your new planter?
Please note that your workshop ticket does not include admission to the Maryland Science Center. All participants and their families will receive a special rate of $15 per person. This discount will be available for purchase the day of the workshop at the ticket desk. A maximum of 5 discounted tickets per workshop attendee.
Space in MAKE is limited to registered participants. However, participants under 18 may have one adult in the workshop to help them with their project, but that is not required.
The cost of the workshop includes all materials to make your planter but does not include plants.
